We aim to make every part of your experience seamless—including returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Return Process
- Email us at support@hikebalance.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will review your request and send return instructions, including the correct return address.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
Return Address
Returns must be sent to our Asia-based return facility. The exact address will be provided by email after your request is approved.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
- Costs vary depending on your carrier and location.
Returns on Promotional Bundles
- You may return items from promotional bundles (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free).
- Refunds are based on the discounted item’s value, not the original price.
- Contact us with questions before sending your return.
Late Returns
Items returned after 30 days are not accepted or refunded and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees if applicable.
Declined Refunds
Returns that don’t meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or late) will be rejected. The item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for incorrect orders caused by our error (e.g., wrong size, item, or color).
To request an exchange, email support@hikebalance.com with a photo and explanation. We’ll arrange a free replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider
